Txakoli is a wine with a long tradition and should be served chilled (8º - 12º), holding the bottle at a medium height above the glass so it can release its full range of aromas and small carbonic bubbles.
A fruity, young white wine with a slightly acid and refreshing touch, it has moderate alcohol content (9.5º-11.5º).
It is obtained from native grape varieties: Hondarrabi Zuri 95% and Hondarrabi Beltza 5%, which grow in the ideal conditions offered by the warm, damp environment of the Cantabrian coast.
A young, white wine produced from the native grape varieties of Hondarribi Zuri and Hondarribi Beltza.
Straw-coloured with green sparkles. Intense aroma with hints of tropical fruits (pineapple, citrus fruits….).
On the palate it is fresh, fruity and full-bodied with very well-balanced acidity.
The bubbles from its own fermentation can be seen.
As a result of our constant will to innovate and improve, in 2008 we released Txakoli IZARO.
We produce this white wine with Hondarribi Zuri grapes selected from our best vineyards in Getaria, using the bâtonnage technique.
Intense, with slightly fruity hints (pineapple, peach…) and floral aromas. Fresh and floral attack, glutinous, with a balanced aftertaste.
Técnica que consiste en mantener las lías del propio vino en suspensión removiéndolas con el vino en el deposito de fermentación.
